{"id":3084,"date":"2016-12-06T12:35:28","date_gmt":"2016-12-06T11:35:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bruxelles-pantheres.be\/?p=3084"},"modified":"2016-12-06T12:35:28","modified_gmt":"2016-12-06T11:35:28","slug":"cours-fourest-cours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bruxelles-pantheres.be\/?p=3084","title":{"rendered":"Cours Fourest Cours !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">Plainte de Caroline Fourest contre Nordine Saidi\u00a0: au panier\u00a0!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>N\u2019ayant pas dig\u00e9r\u00e9 qu&rsquo;en f\u00e9vrier 2012 sa <a href=\"https:\/\/bruxelles-pantheres.be\/?p=1349\">conf\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) ait \u00e9t\u00e9 chahut\u00e9e par de nombreux d\u00e9tracteurs, parmi lesquels <strong>Nordine Saidi<\/strong><\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque porte-parole du Parti Egalit\u00e9, la \u00ab\u00a0<em>serial menteuse<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb <strong>Caroline Fourest<\/strong> avait\u00a0 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte, quelques mois plus tard, contre Nordine Saidi.<\/p>\n<p>En cause\u00a0: une vid\u00e9o satirique diffus\u00e9e sur Facebook, notamment relay\u00e9e par Saidi mais qui n&rsquo;en \u00e9tait pas l&rsquo;auteur. Aujourd&rsquo;hui supprim\u00e9e, la vid\u00e9o \u00e9voquait, sur un mode sarcastique, l&rsquo;islamophobie de Fourest et lui imputait un <a href=\"https:\/\/bruxelles-pantheres.be\/?p=1049\">traitement de faveur \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard du terroriste norv\u00e9gien <strong>Anders<\/strong> <strong>Breivik <\/strong>par rapport aux autres terroristes li\u00e9s, \u00e0 tort ou \u00e0 raison, \u00e0 l\u2019Islam.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estimant qu\u2019il y avait l\u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0diffamation\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0calomnie\u00a0\u00bb, Fourest avait charg\u00e9 le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre avocat bruxellois <strong>Marc Uyttendaele<\/strong> de se constituer partie civile en son nom et de <a href=\"https:\/\/bruxelles-pantheres.be\/?p=580\">d\u00e9poser plainte entre les mains d\u2019un juge d\u2019instruction.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9fendu par le b\u00e2tonnier <strong>Jean-Marie Dermagne<\/strong> et par Me <strong>Dimitri De Beco,<\/strong> l\u2019ennemi jur\u00e9 de la pol\u00e9miste vient d\u2019\u00eatre blanchi&#8230; quatre ans plus tard<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019affaire vient en effet d\u2019\u00eatre jug\u00e9e par le Tribunal de Bruxelles qui a conclu que les faits d\u00e9nonc\u00e9s par Caroline Fourest ne pouvaient \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9s de diffamation ou de calomnie, tout au plus \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019injure\u00a0\u00bb pour laquelle les magistrats ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas de charge suffisante.<br \/>\nConclusion\u00a0: non-lieu pour Nordine Saidi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Bruxelles Panth\u00e8res<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Contact: (0032)476\/84.19.69<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><b>Ma\u00eetre Jean-Marie Dermagne<\/b>, <a href=\"mailto:cabinet.dermagne@skynet.be\">cabinet.dermagne@skynet.be<\/a>; <b>Dermagne &amp; Associ\u00e9s Cabinet d\u2019Avocats<\/b>, Rue de Behogne 78, 5580 Rochefort, tel 084\/213641<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plainte de Caroline Fourest contre Nordine Saidi\u00a0: au panier\u00a0!
